The head of the hot branding iron is fully machined from a solid bar of aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy or ultra-tough brass alloy; they are not cast or molded. At well over 1/2" thick, it's heavier and tougher than any other brand on the market.

The TIG-welded 304L stainless steel handle is topped with a comfortable hardwood grip, so you can make your mark easily!
