Torch Heated Branding Irons

Gearheart torch heated branding irons are the perfect addition to your toolbox to give your work a professional touch and leave a mark that’ll never fade away.

The branding head is fully machined from a solid bar of aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium alloy or ultra-tough brass alloy; they are not cast or molded. At well over 1/2" thick, it's heavier and tougher than any other brand on the market.

The TIG-welded 304L stainless steel handle is topped with a comfortable hardwood grip, so you can make your mark easily!

We understand the importance of a good branding iron for woodworkers and other professionals, and this is why we manufacture the world’s best custom branding irons, right here in the U.S.A.

Wood and other materials

Our fire heated irons are primarily designed to be used on wood, but they can also be used on leather, food and other soft materials, such as plastic. They are a more affordable option than an electric branding iron, so they are a great place to start.

Just remember when you place your order that your plate needs a deeper relief when used on leather, food and other soft materials.

Woodworkers take pride in leaving a unique and clear signature on each piece they make, and Gearheart loves providing the best tools for them to do this.
